For women devoted to living and leading from embodiment.
Esha Estar is not a personal brand.
It is an invitation for women to return to themselves and to live from that authentic place.
Awaken Your Highest Potential
Through EMBODY mentorship, community, and retreat experiences, women are supported in deepening embodiment, confidence, strengthening regulation, and learning to guide and live from grounded, authentic presence.
This matters because the way we hold ourselves directly shapes how safely and authentically we are able to hold others.
If You Hold Space for Others, You May Recognize This…
You may have completed training, certification, or personal healing work, yet still feel unsure how to fully trust yourself when guiding others.
You may notice moments where you question your voice, overprepare, or feel pressure to perform rather than simply be present.
You may feel deeply devoted to supporting others while quietly carrying the weight of responsibility, uncertainty, or emotional intensity that comes with holding transformation.
You may sense that your work is evolving and feel called to deepen your presence, authenticity, and confidence in how you guide others.
If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone. These experiences are often part of stepping into embodied and trustworthy ways of holding space.
Embodied Mentorship
Transformational support for women who hold space for others.
It is strengthened through reflection, mentorship, and embodied practice.
EMBODY is the lifelong integration of presence, self-awareness, belonging, authentic voice, and devoted responsibility.
Lived through the body, expressed through relationship, and shaped through real life.
When You Are the One Others Turn To
Women who guide, teach, coach, facilitate, heal, or hold space for others often carry a responsibility that is rarely spoken about. You are trained to support transformation. You learn tools, modalities, and ways to guide others through healing, growth, awakening, and change. Many women step into this work because of their devotion to service, truth, and the desire to support others in living more fully.
What is less spoken about is what happens inside you while you hold all of this.
Behind the work, many women quietly navigate experiences they rarely have space to name:
The weight of being trusted with someone’s vulnerability
The pressure to remain grounded when others place authority, expectation, or projection onto you
Moments of self-doubt that feel isolating because you are expected to be the one who holds clarity
The emotional and energetic exhaustion that can arise from consistently holding space for others
The loneliness that can come from being the one others lean on
The fear of unintentionally causing harm while trying to serve with integrity
If you recognize yourself in any of this, you are not alone. And there is nothing wrong with you.
These experiences are not signs of inadequacy. They are natural parts of holding transformation work responsibly and with heart.
Being supported in the work you do, to be seen, and to belong.
You are warmly invited to explore what that can look like here.
Holding others is sacred work.
You were never meant to carry it alone.
Many women who guide, teach, coach, heal, and hold space for others quietly carry responsibilities few people see.
Whether guiding clients, communities, or children, this kind of guidance asks for depth, presence, and responsibility that no training fully prepares you for. It is complex, sacred, and often carried without recognition or support.
Having spaces that support you in that work is not a luxury. It is part of sustaining the women who sustain so much for others.
"YOU’RE NOT DOING IT WRONG.”
More Embodiment, Less Performance
Supported spaces allow you to see yourself clearly, to grow and evolve with greater awareness and presence.
To recognize where performance, pressure, or inherited models may be shaping how you hold others. To notice where you might become dysregulated by the pressure of “doing it right.”
To refine your presence so it begins to feel more natural, authentic, and sustainable.
Support like this invites a woman to move away from performance and toward embodiment. It allows facilitators, teachers, guides to trust their authentic voice, intuition, share from lived experience, and hold transformation from who they are rather than who they believe they are expected to be.
This work does not replace training.
It supports the woman who carries it as she holds space for others.
It assists the empowered and visionary version of herself she wants to become.
Authenticity Deepens
What becomes possible when you’re supported
When women who hold space for others are deeply supported themselves, embodiment, natural leadership styles, and inner vitality begin to shift.
Confidence becomes quieter and more grounded. It is no longer built on performance or the pressure to be the one who has the answers, but on trusting your ability to stay present, responsive, and clear while guiding others.
Many women come into facilitation, coaching, healing, or leadership through meaningful training and education. These trainings offer valuable tools, modalities, and frameworks that support the work they are called to do.
What training often cannot fully prepare you for is the lived experience of holding transformational spaces, the complexity of guiding real vulnerability, projection, emotional intensity, and human change while remaining connected to your own truth and stability.
This work is not training.
It is leadership guidance through mentorship.
“Confidence grows where support exists.”
Embodiment deepens when support is available.
"When the guide is supported, the spaces they hold become safer, deeper, and more transformative."
Every woman is entitled to feel alive and embodied at whatever stage of life she finds herself.

Embodied Experiences
Sisterhood is more than gathering and sharing our hearts.
It is medicine for the soul — reminding women they were never meant to walk transformation alone.
Embodied Feminine Circles
There is a place for you here.
Sustainable care begins with a regulated and supported presence.
Embodied Experiences
Retreat is more than stepping away from daily life. It is a sanctuary for restoration and a sacred journey back to yourself.
These retreats are intentionally designed as spaces of nourishment, exploration, and pilgrimage where women step out of routine life and into meaningful, embodied experience.
Each retreat is an invitation to step away from the familiar and return to yourself with greater clarity, embodiment, and presence.
Transformation deepens when it is supported by rest, reflection, and immersive experience.
The Ground From Which This Work Is Held
I hold this work through decades of guiding and walking alongside women in transformation. My background includes a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision, nearly twenty years as a yoga teacher and teacher trainer, work as a shamanic facilitator, death and grief doula, and embodied presence teacher.
These experiences have taught me that leadership is not formed through knowledge alone, but through embodiment, reflection, self-inquiry, and the courage to meet oneself honestly, whether that leadership is expressed through guiding others, motherhood, community, personal transformation, or the quiet work of returning to oneself.
I hold spaces where women strengthen their authentic voice, deepen their relationship with themselves, refine how they lead, and grow into lives and leadership that feel sustainable, relational, and deeply their own.
I walk beside women as they remember and embody the leaders, healers, mothers, creators, and truth-seekers they already carry within themselves.
Whatever you are building — personally or professionally — we are here to support your first steps with confidence, mentorship, and grounded guidance.
-
Esha Estar Embody is a leadership and embodiment space devoted to supporting women who are holding, guiding, building, and becoming.
This work lives at the intersection of mentorship, feminine relational spaces, and retreat immersion. It is rooted in the understanding that leadership is not something we perform — it is something we embody.
Esha Estar is not a personality-driven brand. It is an invitation into spaces where women are supported in returning to themselves while strengthening how they lead and hold others.
-
We do not teach women how to become leaders. We support women in seeing how they are already leading — and refining it with greater clarity, authenticity, and sustainability.
Our work blends embodiment, reflective supervision, relational awareness, and experiential learning. Rather than offering templates or performance-based leadership models, we create spaces where women deepen presence, strengthen authentic voice, and lead from lived truth.
-
We work with women who feel called toward depth, authenticity, and responsible leadership in their lives or work.
This includes facilitators, yoga teachers, coaches, space holders, mothers, caregivers, and women navigating personal or professional transformation.
You do not need to identify with a title to belong here. Many women arrive simply because they feel called to live and lead from a deeper place of embodiment.
Why This Work Matters Now
We are living in a time of rapid change, constant stimulation, and increasing emotional, relational, and spiritual complexity. More than ever, the collective is stepping into roles where they are guiding, holding, teaching, nurturing, and leading transformation in their families, communities, and professional work.
At the same time, many are being asked to hold more than they have ever been supported to carry.
Training and education often prepare with tools, techniques, and frameworks. Yet many are left navigating the deeper realities of leadership alone:
holding vulnerability
emotional intensity
projection and responsibility, and
ethical decision-making without spaces to reflect, be supported, or continue developing themselves.
Without spaces that support those who hold others, leadership easily becomes performative, overwhelming, or isolating. Leaders begin to lead from pressure rather than presence, and from expectation rather than authentic voice.
At the same time, many are feeling a growing call to return to themselves: to live, lead, parent, and serve from deeper embodiment, awareness, and inner truth rather than inherited roles or external models of success.
This work exists because the world does not simply need more leaders. It needs leaders who are integrated, embodied, emotionally mature, and ethically grounded. It exists to support those who are shaping families, communities, healing spaces, and transformational work, to ensure they are not asked to carry that responsibility alone.
When these workers are supported in their leadership, the spaces they hold become safer, deeper, and more sustainable for everyone they serve.

Your Invitation
If you feel drawn to this work, you are welcome here.
These spaces are created to support women in their becoming, belonging, and transformation — not by asking you to become someone new, but by supporting you in returning to who you already are.
Some women arrive through mentorship.
Some through sisterhood.
Some through retreat and pilgrimage.
Many arrive simply through curiosity or a quiet knowing that something within them is ready to grow.
You do not need to have everything figured out to begin.
You are invited to explore what feels aligned, and to step forward in your own timing.
4 Pillars of Embody
-
You stop looking for permission or someone else to "save" us. Whether you are navigating the high-pressure building years of your 30s or the intense physical shifts of your 50s, this is about taking back the keys to your internal life. You learn to stay with yourself when things get hot, without the collapse of blame or the need to "fix" your feelings.
-
Your body is the most honest thing you own. We move from "managing" symptoms, whether that’s burnout, anxiety, or menopause, to listening to their signals. We learn to witness the shifts in your skin, your sleep, and your spirit as a transformation to be inhabited, not a problem to be solved.
-
In the middle of life, pleasure is often the first thing we sacrifice. We reclaim it here, not as a luxury or a performance, but as the fuel that keeps you from going numb. We restore your capacity to feel, to receive, and to be vibrantly awake in your own skin, regardless of the season you are in.
-
We are done with the "good girl" act and the exhaustion of people-pleasing. This is the practice of staying whole while you are with others. You learn to speak your truth and hold your space without the frantic need to over-explain or apologize for your existence. You choose coherence over being "digestible."
Embody is where spirituality becomes lived, not imagined
You are here because you are finally willing to meet your life directly
To stay.
To feel.
To listen.
To inhabit your life as a place of truth.
To reclaim your inner authority and live from your own knowing, not as an idea, but as a way of being.
Embody is for the woman who is ready to say yes to her becoming.
-
This work does not come with promises of outcomes, timelines, or transformation.
There is no guarantee of awakening, healing, clarity, or resolution. And that is not a flaw of the work, it is the honesty of it.
Embody does not promise to fix you, elevate you, or take you somewhere else.
It does not offer certainty, salvation, or a prescribed result. What is guaranteed is the quality of the space we enter together.
I guarantee presence.
I guarantee integrity.
I guarantee a grounded, attentive, and reverent container where nothing in you needs to be bypassed, rushed, or made wrong.I guarantee that you will be met, not managed. Held, invited, and witnessed.
What unfolds within that space belongs to you:
Your body.
Your nervous system.
Your timing.
Your truth.
This work honors the mystery because real transformation cannot be controlled, only allowed.
-
Embodiment restores us to the baseline of wholeness.
Our lived experiences are not obstacles to spirituality.
They are spiritual states.
Embodiment allows us to meet what is moving through us without bypassing, fixing, or self-abandonment.When we return to the body, fear and anxiety soften, and intuitive intelligence reawakens naturally.
Because inner regulation creates radiance.
And in this moment in history, a regulated nervous system is not a luxury —
it is essential.
